Hello Tu Nguyen -
We will need to see your configuration file (no secrets) together
with a complete trace 4 debug showing what is happening in the two
cases.
However, I have been doing some testing here are there are a number
of problems in your users file.
Here is what works correctly:
DEFAULT Called-Station-Id = "xxx2880", Time = "Al1001-0200",
Simultaneous-Use = 1, Auth-Type = "uidauthent"
Session-Timeout = "3600",
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Reply-Message = "xxx-2880:Permission granted"
DEFAULT Called-Station-Id = "xxx9935",Simultaneous-Use = "1",
Auth-Type = "uidauthent"
Session-Timeout = "900",
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Reply-Message = "xxx-9935:Permission granted"
Note that all check items _must_ be on the first line, and the reply
items _must_ be on the second and succeeding lines.
Hope that helps.
regards
Hugh

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
