(RADIATOR) EAPType based handler

Hi Hugh,

This config will authenticate all EAP types locally. This configuration
file does not serve my requirements. My requirements is that I would
like to proxy some EAP type (EAP-SIM) [does not include in the config],
but other EAP Types to authenticate locally. My question is "Is there a
way to differentiate EAP requests based on EAPTypes?"  Sorry if I
confused you.

As mentioned in my previous mail, there is an example showing how to do
this in "goodies/eap_multi.cfg".
