Yes, we have tested it here with the hostap eapol_test suite.
This was the eapol_test configuration clause:
network={
key_mgmt=WPA-EAP
eap=PEAP
identity="jkm"
password="jkm"
ca_cert="Radiator/ca.pem"
phase2="auth=MD5"
}
