Thanks.  Doesn't seem to work for me, though (with EAP-TTLS, at least)

I think the problem is that the PreHandlerHook is in the client
object, but at the point in EAP_21.pm where runHook is called $self is
an AuthBy object.

I'm not sure whether perhaps AuthBy objects should be allowed to have
a PreHandlerHook; this might be cleaner than using the client for the
inner request, too.  (And less likely to break people's existing hook
functions)
