(RADIATOR) Needing example of PostAuthHook functions

Hello

Since I am not skilled in Perl I am looking for an example of a PostAuthHook function that calls an external program (in my case a php-script)
I only need to know the userlogin and the rejectReason (or that the user is accepted)

Can any one help??
