For those who want to autheticate MSCHAPv2 on Active driectory from
Radiator on Linux,
I think there is a way, and it is to use ntlm_auth from samba in  a
<AuthBy EXTERNAL>
clause (first you also need to register your machine with some tool from
samba)...
 
If anyone try this, let me know.
