(RADIATOR) win 2000 setup

Hello -

You should start by installing ActivePerl from ActiveState 
(www.activestate.com).

Then you should follow the installation instructions included in the 
Radiator 3.12 distribution.

See section 4 in the reference manual ("doc/ref.html").
