One of our partners (Secartis) can help you with MAP Gateways for 2 different 
SS7 MAP systems. I can put you in touch with them if you wish.

Radiator's EAP-SIM module has been tested against a number of clients, 
including Cisco, Gemplus, Secartis and XSupplicant.
