(RADIATOR) PreProxyHook

Hello!

I was searching the documentation and reading
a bit thru the sources. Is there a PreProxyHook ?

I'd like to inspect a received packet and packet
that is to be proxied and decide if it should be
dropped, rejected or passed on.
Any other way than hacking the sources ?
