(RADIATOR) Logging Question

Can I make a few feature requests for logging..

1) Can we get accounting logs to use a logger so that you can setup the 
logging globally and call it from a realm or handler like what you can 
do with system logs and authentication logs?
2) Can we get accoutning logs to then use Syslog?
3) Can we get the ability to setup multiple loggers at the global level 
without having to make a bogus handler and stick them inside it.?

Just wondering.  Thanks
