(RADIATOR) AuthLog SYSLOG problems

I am having problems getting the AuthLog SYSLOG working.  I can get the 
Log SYSLOG stuff to work just fine..  Sys::Syslog is up to date and I ran:
cd /usr/include/sys
h2ph syslog.h 


When I use this it works just fine.
<Log SYSLOG>
    Identifier      Logger_System
    Trace           3
    Facility            local3
    Priority            info
</Log>


But when I try to add this in it pukes with the error message below.
<AuthLog SYSLOG>
    Identifier          Logger_Authentication
    Facility            local3
    Priority            info
    LogSuccess          1
    LogFailure          1
    SuccessFormat       %l,%W,%U,%N,%h,OK
    FailureFormat       %l,%W,%U,%N,%h,FAIL
