(RADIATOR) Username format when using AuthBy LSA

Hi,

We are using Radiator 3.9 (latest patches) with AuthBy LSA on win2003.
This works great, providing lightening fast authentication against AD.
However when we try
to authenticate with a username in the format of domain\username we
always get a request
denied. Using username at domain works flawlessly. As a workaround we are
rewriting the
username from domain\username to username at domain.

Is the domain\username format supported and understood by AuthBy LSA?

Thanks
Steve
