(RADIATOR) Radius Status

Hello Shan -

The rapwtst utility sends a status server request to the authentication 
port, so you should do something like this:

perl radiusd -config_file simple.cfg -auth_port '' -acct_port 1813

.....

perl radpwtst -noauth -noacct -auth_port 1813 -status

sending Status-Request...
