(RADIATOR) Radiator on OpenVMS for 802.1x authentication

Hi,
I would know if someone on this list has successfully installed 
Radiator on OpenVMS and the optional Perl modules to use
it with 802.1x.

Before to try an installation at my site where I have

 OpenVMS 7.3-2
 Perl 5.8.0 
 OpenSSL 0.9.7b

  I would receive any possible suggestion.
