(RADIATOR) Protecting passwords in radius.cfg

You can SHA1 or MD5 hash the passwords in your file.

There are examples in the "users" file in the Radiator directory.

Here's an example from the users file:

pwtest2   User-Password = "{SHA}k1qAjger6rE9fhCrig+QPZ/HTrJhYWE="
