I have a configured a Cisco 2610 PPTP server which is authenticating Windows
PPTP clients via Radiator v3.9.

I am trying to set bandwidth/speed limits on a per user configuration (via
radius users file). However the Ascend-Xmit-Rate and Data-Rate don't seem to
be having any effect? Anybody know if these are the correct attributes to
use or if there is a Cisco specific AVP attribute?
