(RADIATOR) recommended method to "event notify" radiator to a restart/reread

Hello Tariq -

Interesting question - can anyone else on the list offer any 
suggestions?

And in answer to your question, no there is no configuration file 
watching in Radiator.

together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
