(RADIATOR) PacketTrace within Handler clause

Hello all,

When I use the "PacketTrace" attribute within the Handler clause, I only 
see a trace of the response, not of the original request .. is this 
normal behaviour?  If I want to trace the request packet, is adding the 
PacketTrace within the <Client> the only option?
