Since the Mac OS X bug is kind of hard to explain I thought it might be 
helpful to post the instructions that our users use on a daily basis 
for configuring Mac OS X Panther.

The instructions can be gotten @ :

http://www.laptop.lib.utah.edu/global/dot1x/macosx/panther1x.html

If you follow those instructions exactly, you can get TTLS->PAP to work.
