(RADIATOR) Radiator / Platypus question

Hello all, 
Reading through the documentation for Radiator, when configured for Platypus, 
it says that if the block user field is set to Y or G, it will check the 
amount of time left to see if it is a negative number. Does it really do this 
for Y, or does it respect the intention of that setting and automatically 
block for Y but check for G?
