(RADIATOR) Unknown Vendor Attribrute

Hello Chris -

Kurt has already mentioned the IANA list of enterprise numbers (thanks 
Kurt).

You should ask Telkom SA for the "official" definition of the attribute 
(and when you find out please send it to us so we can add it to the 
standard Radiator dictionary). In the meantime you can add this to your 
dictionary:

VENDORATTR      1431       TelkomSA-bogus-1                    1       
string

You will need to restart "radiusd" to re-read the dictionary file.
