(RADIATOR) IPV6 support added

Hello Wim,

I have been able to confirm that this config also works on Solaris 9 and will 
receive both ipv4 and ipv6 and successfully proxies to an IPV4 address.

Dont forget the patch to config.h in Socket6 is still required on Solaris.
