Many thanks for your suggestions, and they could help as a workaround.

My main issue is that I am trying to run about 48 radiusd instances all from
the same config file. And at the moment the the LeaseReclaimInterval is set
to 10 minutes. This means that every 10 minutes there are 48 database access
requests being made.

Ideally I would prefer if none were made. This way I can either run a single
standalone radiusd instance or write my own script to do the cleanup.
