(RADIATOR) Raw packet dump

I am using radiator for a VoIP application.  The management wants me to
store all the accounting packets to be stored in file(s) in their raw
format.
Is there a way to store the accounting packets as they come from the NAS
after they have been decrypted and before translated in a binary or
hexadecimal format?

I am using radiator on a Win2k machine
