Hello Rogelio -

There are no radius requests shown in the debug, so I would guess that 
either the port numbers are incorrect (Radiator defaults to 1645/1646), 
or you you have firewall or filter issues blocking the radius requests 
from reaching Radiator.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
