(RADIATOR) Juniper ERX 5.3.0 new VSA

Hi,
The new code, 5.3.0, for Junipers ERX has some new attributes and a few old
disappeared(!?).
#51 remains but #49 and #50 disappeared. I guess no harm keeping them.
