Hello Jon -
There is no registration required for VSA's - you simply define your
own using the Vendor ID that has been allocated.
You will find lots of VSA definitions in the "dictionary" file that is
used by Radiator (the file called "dictionary" in the distribution).
Any text editor can be used to edit the file.
You will need to restart radiusd to reread the dictionary file.
