(RADIATOR) Disconnect Request and POD problem

Hello Ganbold -

 From memory you also have to send the session id in the  
Disconnect-Request.

You should check the Cisco web site for details on IOS and what is  
required for a Disconnect-Request.

You should also have a look at the Cisco debug to see what it is  
complaining about.
