(RADIATOR) Passing Accouting events to external programs

Hello Payam -

You can either use the AuthBy EXTERNAL clause or you can write a hook.

See section 6.26 in the Radiator 3.6 reference manual (there are also 
some example hooks in the file "goodies/hooks.txt").

together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
