Hello Bret -

For the Radiator side of things you will find an example configuration 
file in "goodies/pam.cfg".

There is also section 6.39 in the Radiator reference manual 
("doc/ref.html"), and there is a FAQ item here:

together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
