(RADIATOR) Help with Ascend Max and RADIUS performance

You are correct.  I've found those, but the only setting I've seen is "auth"
and "account" timeouts.  Both by default are set to 10 seconds.  But that's
not really a "timeout", that¹s a "give up time".  The MAX appears to send
one request per second for up to "timeout" seconds.  Which is crazy... I'm
just wondering if there is a way around this because it's causing a crazy
amount of dupe accounting requests in our RADIUS accounting logs... =/
