(RADIATOR) Perssitent ldap connections in AuthLDAP2

Hello Joao Pedro -
The normal AuthBy LDAP2 should not keep a persistent connection (unless
HoldServerConnection is enabled in the configuration file). This is
because some LDAP servers do not like persistent connections.
