(RADIATOR) Possible Logging Bug

I have noticed a problem when you try to run radiator with the following:

User                    radius
Group                   radius
Trace                    4
LogDir                  /var/log/radiator
LogFile                 %L/radiator.log

Where you have a directory:
/var/log/radiator
drwx------    2 radius   radius       4096 May 28 16:21 radiator

When you first start up radiator it creates the radiator.log file where 
the file has a uid/gid of root.   Therefor the server craps out as it 
can not write to the file as the server is running as radius but the 
file is owned by root.
