(RADIATOR) ip:addr-pool

Hello Faez -

I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) 
together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening. 
I suspect in this case there is some configuration required on the 
Cisco to prefer one IP address over another.
