(RADIATOR) Feature Request/Suggestion - HandleAcctStatusTypes

Folks,
	Recently been playing with adding in Alive records, and having to use Handlers is fine, but with the AuthSQL.pm supporting the HandleAcctStatusTypes, depreciating the AccountingStopsOnly, etc attributes...

Just wondering why these attributes haven't been depreciated in the other modules as well...

Actually seems to me that this might be a valuable asset to most AuthBy modules - so why no stick it into AuthGeneric.pm?

Just some ideas and comments...
