(RADIATOR) Simultaneous-Use issue - Emerald/Platypus with session database

Hi,

We seem to have developed an issue along the way somewhere where simultaneous use checking broke and is no longer being honoured. We use Radiator 3.6 in Emerald mode on a Platypus backend. The system used to check the session database and rigidly enforce the limits indicated in Platypus. For some reason it has now stopped?
