(RADIATOR) Radiator dying on unusual usernames

So far this seems to be working, but we'll find out over the long term.

My config line ended up being:

UsernameCharset a-zA-Z0-9_\.\-@&^\x20

We allow spaces in the username to accommodate users who have 
accidentally added them in their dialup configuration. They get 
stripped off later in the RewriteUsername section.
