Hello Jack -

Are you getting any error messages from Perl?

You can run radiusd from the command line to see what is happening:

	perl radiusd -foreground -log_stdout -trace 4 -config_file ......

Please send a copy of the configuration file together with the trace 4 
debug and any error messages.
