(RADIATOR) How does Radiator determine duplicate packets?

Hi Hugh,

How does Radiator check for duplicate packets? Is there any adjustable parameters for this? If the NAS did not receive a respond from Radiator and sends a retransmit packet, does Radiator reject this as a duplicate?
