I have a list of NAS having the Name as

123_Loc1
123_LocUS
123_LocCHINA
123_LocTHAILAND

to use the below handler, How to I define the Handler Definition below

<Handler NAS-Identifier=123_*, Acct-Status-Type = /Start/, Realm=/icc/ix>
     RewriteUsername s/^([^@]+).*/$1/
     AuthBy AP_ICC_AccountingStarts
</Handler>
