(RADIATOR) Emergency - Please help

Hello Craig -
I have just now checked my mail and seen your requests (it is Saturday
morning here in Oz).
Can you please send me a copy of your configuration file (no secrets)
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening. And can you
also please tell me exactly what the problem is?
