(RADIATOR) Emergency - Please help

The query I gave you will do that - you probably aren't seeing the user in
the stop packet

An alternative is to try doing it by NAS port - e.g.

DeallocateQuery update RADPOOL set STATE=0,TIME_STAMP=%t where NASIP='%N'
and NASPORT=%{NAS-Port}

which is what we use
