(RADIATOR) Radiator session hangs

Hello All,

I am using Radiator-3.5 with SQL2000 and Platypus. Few of our users are 
getting the error showed in attached file.

After this Error radiator hangs for a little time and our other users 
are also getting the error of timeout because radiator quites after 
this error or seems to be like hangs. 

In the above file user was trying to get ip from platypus. but after 
restarting radius, user was easily able to get ip from platypus.

anybody experience this situation?
