(RADIATOR) Something wrong with my Handler definitions?

Hi,

I have a question, I get the following error when I start radiator:

[root at apps root]$ /etc/init.d/radiator restart

I'm running Redhat 9.0 and radiator version: Radiator-3.6-1.noarch.rpm,
please help.
