(RADIATOR) Something wrong with my Handler definitions?

Hi,
I have a question, I get the following error when I start radiator:

[root at apps root]$ export LANG=en_US
[root at apps root]$ echo $LANG  
en_US
[root at apps root]$ /etc/init.d/radiator restart
