(RADIATOR) ADSL authentication

All,

I need help

ADSL modem Dynalink RTA100 follow the latest RFC for their Authentication
process (PPPoA/PPPoE)

I have some ISP using Radiator able to authenticate with ADSL modem Dynalink
RTA100

but some ISP using Radiator can not authenticate with ADSL modem Dynalink
RTA100

I try to help some ISP so their Radiator is working with ADSL modem Dynalink
RTA100

any body can give me suggestion, or tips on how to point out the problem, or
which file to look for to

solve the problem?
