(RADIATOR) radpwtst -class option bug?

I dont know why they would do that since it would probably be a misuse of the 
Class attribute, but fair enough.

We have made the change to radpwtst so it hounours -class even for access 
requests and uploaded a new version to the 3.6 patches area.
