hardly... I not use <Realm XXXX>, but 

<Handler Called-Station-Id=88>
.....
</Handler>

<Handler Called-Station-Id=/88/>
.....
</Handler>

<Handler Called-Station-Id="88">
.....
</Handler>

<Handler>
.....
</Handler>

is not work too. Packets with Called-Station-Id = 88 processed by <Handler>
section.
