(RADIATOR) Accounting and ldap

Hello Freerk -

I suspect you are not receiving any accounting requests from the NAS(s).

I will need to see a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is 
happening to be able to say any more.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
