Hello Chris -
It sounds like you should use the AuthBy PORTLIMITCHECK clause in
conjunction with an SQL session database.
Have a look at section 6.41 in the Radiator 3.3.1 reference manual
("doc/ref.html").
As far as hooks are concerned, you should have a look at the file
called "goodies/hooks.txt" in the distribution.
