(RADIATOR) EAP support extended and improved (incl Windows PEAP support)

Hello All,

We have uploaded patches for improved and extended EAP support for Radiator, 
including:

Significant enhancements to EAP support, including: PEAP and EAP-MSCHAPV2 
support (as used in Windows XP SP1), TTLS session resumption, improved 
performance, reduced duplicated code, correct use of EAP identities during 
authentication, more config examples, configurable User-Name during EAP 
decode-proxying etc.

Wireless operators are invited to trial these patches, with feedback to me.
